Yutheria, Is the capital city and province of Modenshia, the province is split up into 7/8 States, The biggests being Yutheria, Annika, And Öland. Some famous parts of the Yutheria city include Yosha Square, Lavender hills, and Derelta.

Culture
Like other places in pantonia, the culture is described as being Nadarin, similar to that of romance cultures, but with some germanic and unique aspects too. The main languages and culture of Yutheria are English, Sweedish, French, And Nadarin. Annika and Öland are the main Sweedish speaking counties, while Morsette and half of didriko speak french.

Politics
Yutheria is split into 7/8 counties, most of their internal borders arent patrolled. Yutheria borders 3 Provinces, Annastown, Cranny Heights, and Turshkup, Yutheria has friendly/mutual relations with most provinces, although it holds less relations towards to the Frankiesville government because of ther war, but hte relations are still friendly. Yutheria has negative relations with Salop Union and the Land Lady Union, because of their presance near Yutheria, and their interference in the Yutheria Studio. Many treaties have been signed in Yutheria, such as the Treaty of Kirrin.
