Treaty of Kirrin
The treaty of Kirrin was a defense pact made to protect the provinces of Western Modenshia against the Land Lady Union and Salop Union.

Background
The War of Turshkup had just occurred a month before, also including the Trample of Turshkup. Since then, tensions have been building up in the surrounding reagions, leading to the make up of the defence pack.
Purpose
The Purpose of the treaty was to protect the provinces of Western Modenshia from not only attacks from the LLU, and Salop Union, but also from other foreign attacks. Despite the purpose being to protect Western Modenshia, only 8 out of the 14 provinces were invited to sign the treaty. Frankiesville and Annastown among the few, even though their diplomats attended the signing they weren't a part of the treaty.
Signing of the Treaty
The treaty was drafted a few days before by King Alexander and Olivia Octocerra, and sucsesfully signed on the second of July, 2022.
The treaty was signed at Yosha Square in Yutheria, at 7 PM Local time. The event started with a pledge to the ncational anthem, and then the diplomats were invited to sign the treaties between 7:06 and 7:20 PM. During the treaty there was a argument between Adrian and Pierre Mourey, the leaders of Kirrin and Kiana. Due to the history of the Delmire Region, there has been alot of disputes between the regions. The treaty was made with both provinces converged into one signature, resulting in some arguments between the two diplomats. Anna ended up flying over to Yutheria at 7:12 PM to settle the dispute, and resulted in a new signature being added for Kiana.
Future Successes and Failures
The Treaty ended up serving more as a council than a defence pact, in that the members helped fix a few disputes within the area. For example, a map error that resulted in the Colsynian province of Tersaraka accidentally becoming a province. Another successes was fixing up Glimenstan during it's government resignation and transition to Ferzina, and its new territorial changes. Some of the faliures of the treaty were: not stopping the War of Annastown that was declared by Pierre Mourey of Kiana. Besides Cranny Heights, which considered Annastown's sister, the only other provincr that helped stop the invasion was Frankiesville, which wasn't even a part of the treaty. Another failure could be considered they were unable to stop an unknown tractor entering Yutheria and destroyed the market area of Sabric and some other Seusconda Hills.[1]
