ProLeBoots is the owner of CIP and also the COO in Clipper Airlines. After flying with Clipper Airlines for a while disguised as an airline critic[1], he became a part of the Clipper Airlines team. On the 7th of December 2020, ProLeBoots created the CIP, The Clipper International Police, being a national police service in PTFS.[2]
