Background

Annika is a small town with a rich history and culture. Despite being relatively unknown, the town is known for a few its unique festivals celebrated throughout the year. During the War of Turshkup, Annika was a stopping point for many soldiers, on their way to Turshkup. Despite all this, Annika is still relatively unknown to the majority. On January 31st, 2023, the Nikolavian Republic of Lesia-Kadura temporarily relocated their capital to Annika, with the assistance and aid of Pantonia. This move was made as they were in the process of transferring their capital to a new city, and Annika served as a temporary capital for 4 days.

Culture

The culture of Annika is similar to Swedish culture, characterized by a strong emphasis on tradition, social welfare, and a deep appreciation for nature and the arts.
