Xicalló is the Administrative Capital and smallest, only landlocked province in Magrathea. It is home to the Xicalló River.

Capitals
Xicalló is known for having the most capitals of any province in the whole of Pantonia, with a total of 8. While Xicalló is widely considered the "Capital Province" of Magrathea, the city of Xicalló does have a specific location within the province. Rather, the whole province is legally recognized as a single city, and the towns and villages within it are considered suburbs. Because of its unique classification, both Provincial and Magrathean capital responsibilities are distributed between various suburbs.

Magrathean Administrative Capital
The Magrathean Administrative Capital is not concentrated in a single suburb, but is rather distributed within the Xicalló Central County. Administrative responsibilities fall onto the municipalities of Astrilla, Axóla, and Emorsa, although they mostly shift towards the latter two due to Astrilla's status as Xicalló's provincial executive capital.
Provincial Capitals
Xicalló has 5 provincial capitals.
The Executive Capital title is held by Astrilla, which is also one of three Magrathean Administrative Capitals, making it the only municipality in Magrathea to hold two separate capital responsibilities.
The Judiciary Capital title is held by Astontell, which was traditionally the historical capital of Xicalló.
The Legislative Capital title is held by Ivonda.
The Municipal Capital title is held by Marolet, this is where the provincial and municipal governments meets for occasional joint sessions.
The Economic Capital title is held by Pindalo. Although more of a courtesy rather than serving a specific function, Pindalo remains a central commercial hub within Xicalló.
